There are many forms of meditation.  Our style of meditation is a guided journey into self which facilitates greater alignment of the energy body, and calmer states for the physical body and mental/emotional bodies.

Our meditation class usually begins with a brief check in to see where folks in class would like support, followed by a relaxing guided process which leans heavily on the background of yoga, hypnosis, and a passion for uncovering and embodying the mysteries of non-ordinary awareness, intuition and connection to Higher Self.

It’s common for this class to contain elements of “parts work”, “inner-child” work and clearing density carried through lineage via the energy body.  Frequently in this class we will reach out into the peaceful calm ethers of the beyond to connect to resources, grace, calm, hope, equanimity and the Higher Self.

True Self

This is for you if you want to learn to facilitate alignment, groundedness, and  connectivity in your energy body system and receive the benefits of increased intuition.  The field of light and information can be transformational and lead participants into better mental health, spiritual health, and realization of True Self.  This is a place where body and mind unite with energy to create massive shifts in awareness and happiness, and ignite success in all areas of life.

This class is offered as a part of our regular memberships, or you can drop in on a sliding scale $5 – $30 cash at the door.  No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Yoga Nidra

Join us for Full Moon Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation designed to support release and integration.

The Full Moon is traditionally a time of completion and letting go. In this practice, we’ll explore an intention of release for the month while settling the body into profound rest. Yoga Nidra works directly with the nervous system, supporting physical relaxation, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.

Each session is informed by the unique themes of the Full Moon, offering a subtle energetic focus woven into the practice.

All levels welcome. No movement required. 75min class. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Bring any additional props to make you feel comfortable: blankets bolsters, eye pillow. Some like to draw or write words after Nidra so a journal and something to write with may support your practice.

Yoga Nidra is described as the deep sleep of the yogis. It is a guided practice using techniques to quiet the mind allowing the consciousness to experience and explore the space between wake and sleep or subconscious and unconscious, in a deep relaxed state. In the deepest part of Yoga Nidra, the mind stills, the external world, including the mental stories we tell ourself about who we are in waking life, ceases to exist. In this silent space we are able to recognize and become aware the essence of our being and experience limitless peace and possibilities. Here we can rewrite, recondition, revise, even remove unhelpful behaviors, habits, misperception, limiting beliefs about self, and we can plant the seeds for our true potential and remember who we are on a soul level.

Some of the therapeutic benefits of Yoga Nidra found in studies are reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. Yoga Nidra also helps with trauma, PTSD, addiction, and insomnia. 

Constellation Workshop

Our community is graced with long-time Hellinger Constellation facilitator and Seer, Stephen Victor, who attends remotely.  In addition to family constellation work, Stephen provides assistance and healing through Energy body, Lineage, Relief from carried trauma and more.

 Participants receive grace/healing through moving through the healing field of the constellation.  Each session Stephen will bring a client who is asking for assistance.   If you would like to have a constellation set, contact Stephen directly through his website www.stephenvictor.com or indirectly through Elizabeth.  

This class will be scheduled on Thursday nights as available and runs between 1-2 hours.  Participants are requested to stay for the duration.
